"Pietro", who tried to jump to our boat, is a typical boat cat whose 'parents' were out for

an evening row. He has lived on their boat almost all of his life, has a cat box and has yet to dig real soil.

The 'parents' saw "Love of Liberty" in Montague Harbor and came over for an after-dinner chat.

The deck at sunset. Seen there on the cabin top, there's no less than six of those large

stainless steel funnels on the boat. In a fresh wind they very efficiently ventilate the interior with

little "Kansas tornadoes", six of 'em. So we turn the ventilators around against the wind and stuff rags inside.

This sunset picture was taken around 9:30 PM ... summer days are long around here.
