This view is from the main cabin looking through the small door to the port side of the main mast.

The engine, painted red, is a 6 cylinder Ford Lehman. Past the engine room is the head. The sink is small but workable.

The head itself, however, is a real beast requiring several pumps (15 to 20) to clear. And, then you are not completely sure.

It also leaks saltwater - on the intake side fortunately. The thing's only redeeming value beyond its primary

function is that at nite plankton in the water give off a blue phosphoresence in the bowl when you pump vigorously.

This is a collapsable work bench I made before I left Alameda. It attaches portable tools:

a saw that can rip and crosscut wood, a router for shaping, a lathe, a drill press, and a jig saw.

The power tools are all of low wattage and can be driven by the boat's 900 watt rotary inverter.
