Carl in front of his ultralight Hawk at the Petaluma Airport. The wing and
fuselage had been rebuilt and recovered but not painted.
For an ultralight this panel was awsome. I helped Carl build it. I couldn't
believe my eyes as he was drilling more holes for more guages and more switches.
Inside this pod, he carried, besides himself, a sleeping bag, a tent, food and spare fuel.
