Calm, late summer weather at the East Brother Light Station at San Pablo Straight.
This straight joins San Francisco Bay and San Pablo Bay.
In 2005 the East Brother Light Station is fully restored.
In the 1950's I recall this while racing aboard my father's boat.
Sailing in a fresh breeze east of the Golden Gate with Oakland
and the East Bay hills in the background. Awesome!
This is the best sailing we've had in five years. It's hard to beat
an afternoon sailing on San Francisco Bay. The Golden Gate Bridge in the background.
